West Lane County District 1 includes the communities of Santa Clara and a portion of the Bethel neighborhoods of Eugene, Dunes City, Florence, Junction City, Veneta, and the unincorporated towns of Lorane, Blachly, Mapleton, Elmira, Crow, Noti, and many others in between.
